So think if you see someone dying in a car crash, no matter what you do, the course of events will still lead to a car crash happening.
If you're someone that is likely to interfere with things, then what you see would have to be more abstract and non-specific.
The less you are willing to interfere, then the more specific you could see things. Like for instance you'd probably only see someone dying in a plane crash if you weren't willing to tell them to never get on a plane. It's a self correcting thing.
Just by taking the power a whole class of specific deaths would probably just happening at a societal level in an unexplainable way, even if you do nothing.
