I've seen others get called whores, mass-reported for DMCA takedowns, accused of grifting and being insincere.You're putting too much stock in what is posted here - there's a lot of shitposting, samefagging, etc, and you need a good sense to separate that from the sincere posts. But in general, don't try to pander to this place if you're trying to make it big. Take whatever lessons that work but don't be bound by it.

I'm terrible at humor in general; that part I struggle with not just doing, but working on improving as well. Frankly I'd call myself boring compared to the tippy top, but I make a point to minimize dead air where I can, even if it's just silly noises. Could probably try a smug brat personality, but I feel that I'm too much of a people-pleaser to really pull it off.Honestly I'd just work on being an entertaining streamer and growing a fanbase before worrying about anything corpo-related. Make sure you can do the basics first, you can always rebrand down the line.
