I think if she was fluent in English she would actually sound a bit like NijiEN's Yugo. I feel like I've come across one too many Japanese vtuber that is female, but has a lower than average voice pitch, making themselves out to be male when I find their voices far more soothing and attractive than the typically very high pitch feminine voice that other Japanese women have. I hate that they do that too. Downplaying their own femininity like that.
