Your hair is hindering you. I know it's hard to let it go but you gotta brotha.

Find a way to raise your monitor. I can tell you are looking down at your screen which gives you a double chin look because you are tucking your chin into your neck. Sit up straight and make the centre of your monitor eye level. Compare your chin to when you're looking up in the next pic
I think angling your camera straight on would be better for you too

I bet you like your headphones but when you're streaming go for earbuds. Your cans are huge and squeeze around your face making it look rounder especially with the angle your camera is at. This is probably why so many flesh tubers use earbuds instead
Fourth
You showed that your hair is past your hips. It's time for it to go man. Your hair looks flat to your head because its being weighed down. This is why men typically don't go past shoulder length
