2. Download this prepatched Koikatsu with it

4. Open Initsettings and make any adjustments to resolution, which monitor it'll show up on, etc
4a. Optional: Hit update to get any updates to mods. You should do this eventually regardless, but you can do it now if you don't mind potentially waiting a while
5. If you want to do untoward things with Henya or make adjustments to her card you Start Game. Or you can just hit Koikatsu in the directory. If you want to make more unique scenes that aren't automatically animated, etc then you go to Start Studio or open CharaStudio in the directory.
6. Character cards go into (Directory) -> UserData -> chara -> female if it's a female card, male for male cards
7. That's it. /lig/ has a MEGA with a shitload of vtuber cards in it. There is an actual game to Koikatsu but literally nobody plays it. All the pics you see are made in the studio mode and if you want to learn how to do that there's guides out there to get started and you can just ask here or in like the horny thread or just go to /kkg/ in /h/ if it's a more advanced question.
I made it as detailed as I could make it since I have no idea how good you are with anything. If you're good with computers though this can be boiled down to like 2 sentences lmao.
