Where do you find "temporary relief" as the primary use of psychotropic medication, anyway? The primary method of their use is to get you hooked and keep you on them ad infinitum, without offering you actual therapeutic modalities to teach and assist you in working through your experiences. That is the fundamental issue at hand. Everyone is put on meds instead of offered genuine help, to the extent that a third of the young population in some countries is on antidepressants. It is a scam.
