For someone with CVID it generally can mean a "bubble" because plasma treatments are required to not die from every bit of foreign bacteria or viruses. The problem with retards here is they hear bubble they think something more in line with David Vetter, who literally lived in a plastic bubble because he had SCID. CVID is still fucked up but it's not as bad as SCID, and Mouse lives in a bubble in the sense that she doesn't leave home, but she's not at a cartoonish SCID-level sterile plastic bubble that she lives her life in. She still has a nurse that comes and gives her regular plasma treatments, and she still sees her parents from time to time.
