Also kayfabe is Bae and IRyS are married/divorced so they hang out a lot and most of their fans love them interacting.
All that said, holoships are for bantz and fun. No need to look too deep into it like other anime/series. No ship will ever end up canon and they're all just co-workers making the best of their streamer lives.
