As Selen, she was the only nijiEN with any number of fan games, including Rocksuki, Dragoon Drop, Moritsuki's Mansion. As Doki there hasn't been enough time to make any large game projects, but we've had a few flappy bird clones done by some artists in their spare time.
since becoming Dokibird, we've had several events like the oshisleeve doki maid cafes, fan meetups, nonsense at cons, etc.

We've crowdfunded monthly art gifts for Doki, many of which have been used as her stream assets, such as the animations used for her SC/Donation/Membership notifications. Many of her current emotes are from these fan funded/organized projects.
There's been countless billboards funded, community game/movie nights, and a recent giant floral display for her malaysia con appearance.
But the biggest, most impactful dragoon project to date is easily #WhereIsSelen.
