>>32663951You can definitely have rivers flowing into port cities on your coast, it's just unlikely that the river's source would be at the rrat mountains. Do you have lore that specifies the port's rivers flow from the rrat icecaps? The country's topology would have to be adjusted to do that, but it's probably doable, just a bit of work.
Basically, instead of having that ridge going through the center of the country, you'd want to have a valley there instead, with two ridges on the /uuu/ and hoshiyomia borders.
Looking at pic rel, the valley would be in the blue, and the more elevated parts are highlighted yellow. If you really want a river flowing from the /rrat/ mountains, that would make it possible.
