There's a very specific energy to them, for example she'll spend an hour playing a corrupted SMW romhack and when it crashes and loses her saves she'll cycle through some licensed GBA shovelware for example. Or how she'll do a workout stream where she does a thousand squats (amongst other things) out of spite for a bad dream she had. And while I worry that sounds like I'm describing a weird gremlin (and she does give off that vibe at times, rather intentionally) she's actually one of the biggest sweethearts I've ever seen in this community.
