Honkai Impact 3rd used to have a lot of yuri baiting in the early chapters but then the characters develop and very literally grow out of it, a lot of males get introduced and male self inserts get added into the game through APHO/Captainverse and the awful mess that will be Star Rail. You could call it bait and switch I guess if you want or you could put on the yuri googles really hard and ignore the selfinsert/male stuff in the game.
