I expect them to advertise something like "32gb ddr4 ram 3200mhz" since at least at the time she got her pc, that speed made sense for gaming. If they are advertising a speed then they have to enable XMP to achieve said speed. Either way, i don't see her pc running slower ram than the aforementioned one, it's pretty much standard for casual gamers.
