You could say that Octavio has a big coat and being puppetmaster with 'many hands' and doing acapella songs with a loopstation is a Magni replacement, but I don't think its as cynical as that. Designers and artists just fit into certain niches (like Pako drawing brown skinned characters) and streamers trend towards similar content, and there's a limited pool of emojis to use. You know how many purple haired nijis there are across all their branches? Trying to find Selen by something as simple as that nearly did my brain in.
