Working with people you care about makes any job easier and more enjoyable. If Fauna truly loved Gura, she wouldn't have quit and would want to stay for her. Also, like you said, if she were a real chumbud, she wouldn't want Gura to feel isolated in hololive, especially right after Ame left. I like Fauna a lot, but she has to know how much her decision to graduate hurts Gura, and so I can't overlook that.
