"The same indie circle" isn't endless or a circle that can never grow, hopefuls with nothing to their names are always free to try and mingle with them. And the ones who already have a portfolio or would rather do something else can always turn their eyes to the ones who didn't know Elira and see that it's not some kind of requirement.
