Matsuri is in trouble because she completely took the eyes off the goal, which in her case should be to entertain her audience, and went in a complete hedonistic direction of only doing what pleases her.
Think about this collab: it worked for Towa because
1) her audience truly enjoys her APEX streams
2) one of the guests in question is a true blue card carrying Kenzoku that reached out to her to make this collab happen
Matsuri? She probably just wanted to play APEX with some big names regardless of what her audience wanted.
I get not caring about numbers, all of her genmates operate like that.
Except that, instead of being like Fubuki and doing her own thing for entertainment reasons, or being like Haachama and doing whatever TO BE ENTERTAINED BY HAATON, Matsuri went the Aki Rose path of doing things not even her own adoring audience wants to see.
