Lumi is great with games she can break down into a flow chart (probably in part because that's how you bus tables & do other service industry jobs in a way that leads to good tip generation) with short steps and less well when it's just lots and lots of noise.
Plus ES2 has a constant flow of stuff and things to either take, make or discover, but beyond the very essential resources you're free to pilot your stuff fairly free-form without getting fucked raw because a certain combo just wasn't good.
It's complex, it's challenging, but it's also very streamlined and dynamic.
I hoped she'd like it as much as she seems to have, but seeing it in actuality was amazing.
I wish Stellaris had even an 8th of the thought behind it. Though I guess that's the issue with sandboxes. Past a certain point you actually get to do less.> You must've missed the RA3 streams then.I think she liked those too just for the aesthetics and chat interactions moreso than the gameplay.
