Some of us has been trough too many lies and betrayals before, related or not to here. People who said the exact same sweets words and insisted I was really a dummy for not trusting them. But every time, it was just to be used.
It's just a natural protection at some point to keep doubting and never let your guard fully down. It doesn't mean I don't like Kiki. But she shouldn't expect a complete trust in her. After all, I'm sure she also doesn't fully trust most of us, especially if narratives get in her brain. It's only fair.
