Chigusa, Amamiya, Oliver, Genzuki, Gwelu, Hada, Mika, and countless others talk with EN members in there. They even have their own private offline server where they play with Rin, Mayuzumi, and others.
Finana even got invited to an FFXIV watchalong with JP members without knowing a lick of Japanese.
