So something like 1girl, > fuwawa abyssgard, hololive, > whatever artists you like, > from below, office lady etc, > best quality, masterpiece etc.
This isn't strictly necessary and not doing so won't necessarily break things but it's best practice.
As for the order of the other prompts, the prompts are weighted by order so earlier tags will have a stronger effect, this an extremely simplified explanation and you shouldn't think about it too much this early on, but moving the prompts around will change the results.
None of those things would help much with the issue you were having though, you can't handle that through prompting alone, you would need to inpaint the characters or use an extension like forge couple to avoid token bleed.
