>>20190271A lot of it comes down to experience, and their unrelenting drive to be Idols. They've both been around a while, have both seen (and endured) some of the worst of Idol culture, but they've never given up on it. And because of that, they always seem willing to help give others a hand, because they know how tough it can be.
And I think there is an element of pride too it as well. In seeing others achieve their goals, knowing that they helped in some way, big or small. They're both old enough to know they won't be doing this forever, but you know they'll both always be watching from the sidelines even after. Because they are Idols, and they'll be proud to see more Idols flourish.
