i think 12pm est would be the best bet. fills a nice void in the /tsunx/ schedule with minimal overlap, but still at the edge of how late SEA stays up. enough to discourage the shitters but hopefully not enough to repel genuine SEA fans who know how to behave like real humans. it'd be pretty late for mio (2am start), but even if she went to sleep at 6am she'd be awake with time left in the day to do stuff before things close. maybe 11am est if she wants to go for longer streams.
