Despite her obviously NOT being manipulated, she could have BELIEVED she was, so it wouldn't be a knowing lie. Sinder would have to prove mens rea for the false manipulation claim, which is a bitch to do.
Her blatantly lying about the raid was only a very minor factor in what destroyed Sinder's reputation overall, and even the claims of "manipulation" might not be enough given peoples' major gripe seems to be the deal itself, which Sinder/Red did do.
However, it's worth noting that anyone with half a brain cell isn't going to hire Nano after this. She's a massive fucking liability and a terrible business partner. They likely are just ignoring her so as not to piss off artists collectively.
