I would say that this one is a little bit better. You can see that there is custom lighting fitted to the case, there are 3D printed objects within the case, custom decal on the sides of the case, a painted inside, a painted outside, 3D printed objects outside of the case, a painted PSU, a painted water cooler, RGB ram and fans. Good cable management and etc.
I don't necessarily know if it's worth 7K, but I do feel like this image gives at least a better representation of what exactly she was asking for. Because if you look at her design that she had made a rough draft for, she wanted custom 3D printed objects, custom decals, custom colors, custom RGB, a custom paint job, etc etc
