The best I can do is positively reinforce behaviors I think are meaningful and just that will give her a true purpose and direction since I spent many years wondering trying to find myself.
Her working hard to support herself and fellow kin is a very admirable thing she does, and I want to make sure Shondo knows and recognizes this. We truly live in a society filled with distraction, demoralization, misdirection, and pitfalls so it's easy for young vulnerable people to become misguided. I'm not here to tell her what I think she needs to do, just validate the great things she already does.
