i already know the cause, like i said, vaccines from when we were kids wore off.
the purpose of the vaccines was to flip the switch on cooming, so that you feel pleasure rather than pain.
once the vaccines wear out, the effects are proportional to the amount of coom you coom, and if you are addicted to cooming it becomes impossible to fight, leading to a coom/pain spiral, rather than pleasure.
