This is a result I'm not upset with for once. I would've liked a win, and the match was headed that way, but the late game Niji changes worked in their favour. They had an entire roulette of formations at their disposal and pulled out a good one out of their hat at sub time. (This is one of those moments where livemanaging could've made a difference, but that's not the ruleset we're on.) Anyway, a fair outcome compared to the absolute shithousery that happened previously.
Now, regarding the future. I took note of your posts and the poll from last week, but I wanted to wait for this match to be over first before addressing it. I am not going to lie, I was expecting a much higher desire to replace me, which is why I used the word sacked instead of resignation. I still believe a team with the prestige of /pcg/ deserves better than whatever this disaster run was, and that's what made me take a step sideways and let someone else come forward, but given your support and the lack of prospective managers, I won't turn my back on the team.
So I'll start by apologising to the people who did want me gone, but I'll walk back on my decision from last weekend. I also apologise to the general as a whole for this season's run. I'll continue to strive for performance, and I hope future results will be worthy of /pcg/.
