She's shown time and time again she's as comfortable around Miko as she was back in the day.
The way she's acting right now can only be explained by she wanting to minimize it as much as she can. She's an avid 2ch reader, she does egosearch all of the time, both of them are keenly aware of people's expectations and hopes for PekoMiko, she seems to be trying to avoid raising people's hopes too much.
On a side note, I'm convinced the three of them together would be the most unstoppable force of the vtuber world.
