A terrible moment, is well, a moment, happened once, you can stop if from happening again (if that's possible) or atleast reduce the chances of it happening again, however a constant means that something is actively happening, in this case Nyanners is constantly pushing for the rejection and change of the culture she once belonged to, not 4Chan culture but overall otaku one, unfortunately this also applies to VTubers.
