I'm working with my own little twist to the concept but my idea for how to handle the ending is to do both. Have the 'impotent rage' ending be the default that the reader gets if they just read through the document, and have like a mini-puzzle embedded in flashback scenes that'll lead to like a rentry link that either leads to/is the secret chuuni ending where the scumbag hero gets defeated and Anon and Laplus manage to escape together.
