This thing explains a lot of bad hiring of bullies that sabotage the company with their clique bullying. The one chance they had to probably salvage their company to regain footing was lost due to greed or cost cutting at the wrong time with not keeping the Indonesian management supposedly for management other branches or at least not using the poo in the loos. This at least makes niji nigger decision making somewhat understandable.
