While streams aren't totally scripted Henya once said that in literally every Japanese collab whether corpo or indie, everyone gets together and makes a plan for certain things/bits they'll do during the collab to make it more entertaining. She said this isn't really a thing in VShojo or the EN indie scene, but I would imagine it probably happens in a company deeply rooted in JP culture like Hololive.
