>>19062655Its very real, you have to find what works for you. Some people do not get tingles at all (could be you.) I got it the first time listening to random stuff while i was having a bad stint of being stuck awake not able to sleep. Randomly in a track the woman in the scenario leaned in and did a close whisper and it was like lightning struck my spine. After that tried figure out my triggers. Ear Blowing, Close Whispers, Ear Massage, licking and kisses on the ear.
When you listen or try again what I would do - lay on the bed in a darkened room, get very comfortable, wear your best headphones over the ear are usually better than ear buds for me. Let all the strength out of your body, unclench your fists (I subconsciously clench so I have to manually remember) focus on whatever you are listening to do not let your mind wander - imagine whatever stream or scenario you are listening to if you hear them behind you imagine a person behind you, imagine where their head or hands might be in relation to your ears - try and "feel" them next to you.
Some streams that have given me tingles recently
