Even the most popular JPs like Pekora, Miko, Suisei, Fubuki, etc have really slow generals that are haning on by a thread. Marine's died a few months ago. Holo Gen 5 needed to merge again because their individual ones kept dying. Re;Gloss can't sustain a general.
Anyway, you need at least 2 or 3 people willing to be the OP. I, unfortunately, do not have the time to run generals anymore. Further, it could take weeks or even months before there is a stable audience. But if the general keeps dying without proper support, it won't happen.
That's my experience running generals anyway.
