>>72034430Well if you want a serious answer: Ceci was open about having a husband so she filtered every unicorn/gfe early on.
Then after she divorced said husband(?) she did a series of collab with that male, attracting shipperfags. It did help that that male vtuber was really charismatic and those collabs were actually pretty damn good.
Now her audience consists mostly of normies and the ex audience of said male vtuber, who no longer streams because he already got a girlfriend
Ceci is also a particular case since she did streamed for several years with not much success, but the point is she actually shifted her audience and then gave that audience exactly what they wanted, basically, what NijiEN/ Nina Kosaka did.
Most homobeggars fail to understand the problem with male collabs is that they alienate your core audience, but if you have an audience that actually enjoys said things there isn't a problem. It's like when people bring up Connor and Mousey as a proof male collabs work: My brother in Christ, the only reason anyone watches vshojo at this point is because they are already cucks or shippers. They sold themselves as a lewd company with Melody as her center and then became the Soap Opera company with most of its audience being stolen from the fleshcammers viewers.
The lesson of Vshojo is not: "collabing men its ok" but "collabing with successful malefleshtubers with thousands of viewers is ok", and that advice really doesnt apply to /asp/ 0views which is what they wanted in the first place.
