Gura maybe is A) just too successful to work her ass off like Bae; Gura's basically "made it", and she B) uses the principle of "leave them hanging and hungry for more, avoiding over-exposure" and also C) she is actually pathologically shy and insecure and what you don't see on stream is her puking and shitting herself before every stream, before she goes live, but the rush of adrenaline from stage anxiety is what makes her perform at her best, and that's why she is good.
C is total rrat, but also very common amongst live performers, so not that much of a reach IMHO. idk.
