I checked out that area and for some reason the texture that should be there has gone missing.
Like I can see it in UDB but it isn't actually present in my WAD or the resource WAD I took it from. How that's fucking possible I have no idea.
Anyway I "fixed" it by checking which brick textures *were* present in the resource WAD and replacing the broken ones with their nearest equivalent.
Some look better, others look a bit worse. It is what it is.
As to the other stuff you mentioned, the stuck cacos in the cave have been fixed, though that was less a bug and more a dumb decision on my part.
There are also only 7 secrets on the map, I was incorrectly tagging an additional secret. Not sure which one you mean with the shotgun though, there's no armour next to the super shotgun.

I wonder if I just completely misunderstood what the "add resource" dialog does in UDB. I just don't get why it doesn't actually fucking add the resources used and I have to put them in via SLADE as well, it feels like a workaround rather than the intended workflow.
