"Why do we outsource so many jobs and why is it all getting worse?" because worker mills and the gig economy aren't letting anyone get familiar with their actual job in order to get good at it. "Why is everything the gig economy now?" corporate greed "why are corporations so greedy?" Because they're all middle managed by soulless MBA husks who can't even conceptualize being good at their jobs at all, let alone having to be taught their tasks on the job. None of this shit is about the american identity or even really national politics, it's about a growing, incompetent, middle management class, that only know how to manage checks and balances and not quality or inherent value.
