I love eggs, i'm a huge egg eater so when I make it it has to be the croque madame version which has an egg on top. This is my go to brunch food to make if i'm not feeling lazy.

I dont put the sparkling water that he does, i think it's weird. But those are my two favorite brunch sandwiches and it's more or less what I eat for brunch if I make it myself.
