For example, Biboo is 140 cm and Nerissa is 175. You could add +60cm to both and then Biboo is 2m, Nerissa is 235cm. But by doing that Biboo is now ~85% the height of Nerissa vs. 80% that she would be at their normal heights. If you wanted to keep that ratio of height difference, the new tall Nerissa would have to be 250cm- almost half a foot taller than she'd be with the 60cm height addition given to everyone.
