Regular and fairly balanced interaction. While not perfect, of course, there isn't a super obvious cast of preferred bucko's; only those who are "better chatters" than others really. Not everyone is a quick wit that can feed stream discussion and content, and that's ok.
Expresses concern for and interest in her buckos. Twitter replies or some maros about specific events, positive or negative, in her buckos lives, she often comments on in stream or on Twitter.
She is incredibly compassionate with a motherly streak soft enough to discipline behavior without alternating offenders.
"PG-13" on stream probably also does some to help this.
This is off the top of my head as possible reasons buckos are mostly contained.
