No? Posting styles exist and especially when you want to make it seem more specific rather than anon you can do that easily. Even so, imagine if she tripfagged. In what world is it LESS attentionwhory to post your own tweet? Not only does thread know your identity but now also everyone on twitter does. It makes sense to tweet when she wants to reach a wider audience than the thread but not when she's directly replying to a post. Just hit Q and type it in! It's not hard!
