Hello, yes, liaschizo here. A short recap of the current Lia arc. This schizo rant was largely influenced by a kind an-non pointing out the trajectory of Shiina’s own 100k journey. More immediately though the conjecture of Lia ever “jumping ship” is absurd. Phase has one of the better schedule lenient managements around, I think in part due to Sakana’s investment in Uruka, that allows for “less invested” talents to retain a presence and brand identity that creates a very “fond” atmosphere within the company and an understanding around absences. While varying degrees of kayfabe are applied to absences Company wide I think their growth throttling and TIMING are managements best qualities. The subtle way that the company delineates stream times and arranged absences to direct viewers to similar content in cycles is getting tighter and tighter when you can try to apply a broader lense to the full compliment of girls. That being said the recent absences from Lia have retro actively explained some of the reasons why her content has been “pushed back”. Lia “shooting her shot” with big endorsement and projects only to hit a stumbling block of absenteeism afterwards would have been devastating for the investment. What this year has been for Lia has been a break out success in defining her ability to be a true “face” for Phase the way she has aced her con and collabo performances. It has been extremely satisfying seeing her get shaken into place by the more time sensitive qualities of the tribulations presented her and how after Tenma and Pippa performed similar duties she was able to fulfill the same role for the company. Touching back to the “less invested”, or as Hime and Wemi so perfectly put it “babygirl”, Lia strikes a very compelling situation where she has the endearing quality of a “light” schedule that only enhances the manic presentation of her performance. The sincere mirroring of the Kangel/NSO style of performing was a genius addition to her redebut and deconstruction of her early stock chuuba caricature that again brings out an additional layer of engagement to her bouts of absenteeism. Ultimately though the right move to sand bag leading up to her 100k was the perfect addition to an already outstanding managing of her momentum from the years fulfillment of donothon goals. Assuring that her 100k hits when she has full time to enjoy it and slated for the Holiday season is just another timing masterpiece for her broader arc this year. Bounding off the 100k celebration and her reduction in outside commitments Lia has a straight shot back into OFFKAI and then the follow through on the “commission delayed” projects that got shelved this year. Lia really flaunted how flexible of an asset she was this year and did so gracefully when Rie got absolutely inundated with big projects and support that had the timing been different I believe would have otherwise been directed onto Lia. I’m hoping that Lia leaned on Shiina somewhat for the restructuring of her end of year and 100k mantling so that the momentum creates a huge wave for Lia’s unbridled response to next year. I can’t wait to see how the end of next months plays out for Lia! Come on Lia! Let’s go Lia! I like Lia!
