If you're looking for singleplayer: Metro 2033 + Last Light Redux ($2 each), Dishonored 1+2 ($5 + $6, also honorable mention for Prey which comes in a bundle with Dishonored 2 for $10), XCOM games ($3 each), Signalis ($14, not really in line with any of your genres but probably my favorite singleplayer game of the last couple years)
Multiplayer: Chivalry 2 ($13, fun for a while but not very balanced and a very sweaty community, but well worth the price), Project Zomboid ($13, could be multi or singleplayer, is better if you have friends to play with), Squad ($37, pretty niche hardcore tactical shooter, make sure you know what you're getting into, also not on a great sale), WARNO ($30, new game not a great sale, MEGA autistic Cold War military RTS, also very niche)
