>>33080766I don't do weight training nor go to the gym but I mainly do cardio and endurance workouts. I love swimming and running. Other workouts I like to do are planks and good old fashioned pushups and pullups. I don't do squats either, I just think they're not that great and there are other workouts for those muscles and I get plenty of that from my running and swimming.
I don't follow any sort of training schedule, I just workout when I feel like it. My diet is simple and I don't really avoid anything but on the rare occasion that I want more muscle my go-to protein sources are chicken breast, eggs, and dairy milk.
