I'll try to find some fics later. I think you need to emphasize how she's BIGGER and not just TALLER. This may seem like a semantic difference but at 30m tall, her physical presence is more than just "too tall to go into buildings and stuff", every aspect of her is larger and more impactful. When normal characters interact with her, they're less interacting with her and more interacting with a constituent part of her. For example, her thighs would be over 8 feet tall- if her legs are flat on the ground you wouldn't see over them. Her foot is over 15 feet long, her toes would be like a huge ladder step if you were to try and climb up her foot. The palm of her hand is almost 6 feet wide, if she picked someone up and held them in her hand, it'd be like they're lying on a large mattress. When they're taking her measurements, it's less "measuring Ao's inseam" and more "measuring the length of this huge leg that's taller than I am". That and other senses beyond visual- how would it feel to touch someone that huge? Probably very warm and soft. If she's walking, the displacement of air and the impact of her footfalls would probably knock you over simply being too close. Lots of rumbling and shaking from even the slightest movements for those close by. Her pointer finger would be longer than how tall every other character is.
