Iofi is a low performing HoloID from ID’s 1st gen and her character there is an alien artist. Iofi is actually bad at art herself, but cares about it and has a history of really hating it when people trace or pass off another’s work as their own.
Nenechi got caught passing of tracings of her friend’s (artist for Yuru Yuri) art as her own original work for official hololive merch… alongside hololive merch actually drawn by that friend, really stupid even for Nenechi. Hololive admitted to the tracings and pulled that Kerch while Nenechi went on break for a bit.
At this time Iofi tweeted at Nene saying that she would be happy to talk to her about art and things anytime Nene wants and this made some of Nene’s fans mad.
This is really stupid of them, because it isn’t what Nene would want and when Nene came back and begun streaming again she even made a special mention of Iofi thanking her for reaching out and talking with her during the break, saying it made her happy.
