Haachama is her way of internalizing the bullying she felt. She locks up Haato and refuses to take responsibility for not putting in any effort to learn english. Haato is her learning from her mistakes and not blaming others for her issues. She is mature while she is in this state. She even cooks and gets along with everyone. This state represents her maturity from a lazy little girl into a hard working women.
