The girls make a lot of money, but they also have a much greater workload while streaming less and have to actually shape their lives around it, which is a massive downside considering one of the biggest advantages of vtubing is the freedom vs a normal job. They also get a bunch of awful fans and have a lot more eyes on them, getting big is good, but joining holo is a bit, too big because you can't be yourself and get attacked for every little thing you say that someone doesn't like.
